📢 Attention Empower Families - Alabama SUN Bucks (Summer EBT) Program

We want to make sure all eligible families are aware of the Alabama SUN Bucks (Summer EBT) Program, which provides a one-time benefit of $120 per eligible school-aged child to help families purchase groceries during the summer months. ALL EMPOWER STUDENTS QUALIFY FOR THIS SUMMER BENEFIT!

Many students who receive free or reduced-price meals or are directly certified through programs such as SNAP, TANF, or Medicaid may automatically qualify. Families who are not automatically enrolled may still be eligible and are encouraged to apply.

🍎 SUN Bucks can be used to purchase nutritious foods such as fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy products, bread, and more.

Remember this program is not run through Empower, all questions or concerns should be addressed by contacting Alabama Sun Bucks.
