Operational Staff, including receptionists and registrars

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including transportation, food services, security, and other third-party contracts
  • Coordinate technology implementation, including planning, procurement, and training for staff
  • Implement the school’s enrollment plan, including facilitating the student lottery process
  • Supervise school site personnel, including receptionist, registrars, and contract employees
  • Manage relationships between the school and back-office service providers
  • Monitor and Manage school site budget
  • Review financial reports and update monthly financial estimate templates
  • Manage accounts payable and payroll processes
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree or graduate degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience managing and monitoring budgets of $1 million
  • Experience with staffing processes and onboarding for new employees
  • Knowledge of financial modeling
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staff of 5 – 10 employees.
  • Demonstrates good judgement, problem solving skills, and self-motivation
  • Ability to work in an fast-paced, evolving environment
